Your Job At Laser Components
- Technical and infrastructural building management of building services systems and the property portfolio
- Optimization of operating costs, lifecycle management, and investment planning
- Communication and schedule coordination with maintenance companies, authorities, and service providers
- Monitoring of maintenance activities, repairs, and modernizations
- Professional supervision and technical support for the caretaker, as well as collaboration with internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Energy management
Your Qualification
- Successfully completed technical training, ideally with further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician in the fields of building technology, supply technology, electrical engineering, or as a facility manager
- Professional experience in facility management (technical and infrastructural), in the management of services and projects, as well as practical skills
- Strong technical understanding of operational systems
- Familiarity with legal regulations and standards in real estate and building management
- Independent action and a systematic, sustainable, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style combined with a focus on quality
