LC Detector Group is pleased to introduce an addition to its APD hybrid product family. The new H5 series has a bandwidth from 20 kHz to 700 MHz, where the previous modules were limited to 470 MHz. It is a single supply, differential output design for easy interfacing to high speed electronics. The H2 / H3 / H4 / H5 series are housed in a 5 pin TO-46 package and perfectly suited for handheld laser range finding applications. The H5 series is available with any of our Si or InGaAs APDs, for a wavelength range from 400 to 1650 nm.
