Replication Facilities

For nearly forty years, Optometrics has been producing both ruled and holographic replicated gratings. Due to significant growth, their replication coating capabilities have recently doubled and added significant new testing capabilities. Replication was Optometrics’ first major department to launch kanban stocking arrangments for OEM customers and offers higher level grating assembly services to minimise alignment and handling at customers' sites. Many customers even choose to have a grating replicated directly on their mount for an even more robust grating assembly.
