SemiNex offers up to 20 W CW optical power from a 375 µm fibre bundled package. Optional monitor photodiode and red aiming beam are available upon request. Standard wavelengths include 1450 nm, 1470 nm, 1532 nm and 1550 nm. Custom wavelengths are possible between 1300 nm and 1700 nm. High slope efficiency of 50% W/A lowers typical electrical and cooling system requirements.
