Heat Sinks for FLEXPOINT® Laser Diode Modules

To increase the life time of your FLEXPOINT® laser module further LASER COMPONENTS offers heat sinks for improved cooling of your laser diode module.  The heat sink is designed to house ø11.5 mm (standard FLEXPOINT® size) modules. Using a heat sink will prolong the life of your laser by removing heat from the module and dissipating it more efficiently.
