For applications that require broad spectral ranges, efficiency can be compromised when using a standard diffraction grating. We are pleased to introduce a dual zone diffraction grating to counter this problem. A dual zone grating allows a choice of two gratings with peak efficiency wavelengths optimally spaced within the desired spectral range. The size of these zones can then be used to balance the spectral output. This allows a compact single element solution without compromised efficiency.
