LASER COMPONENTS is proud to introduce the 905D3J08-Series of 905 nm Pulsed Laser Diodes (PLDs) with peak powers up to 650 W. Using long proven InGaAs/GaAs structure provides high reliability while also achieving excellent temperature stability (0.27 nm/˚C) and a narrow far field (10 degrees).
Available in TO-18, 5.6 mm, 9 mm, or 8-32 Coax housing as well as a chip on a ceramic submount; with custom designs on request.
