Wage and Salary Administrator

• Preparation, processing and control of monthly payroll accounting (DATEV) including the associated maintenance of employee data in the system  
• Reporting and certification, as well as correspondence with tax offices, social insurance providers, health insurance companies, employers' liability insurance associations and other authorities  
• Personnel file management and data maintenance 
• Support in maintaining the personnel time management system 
• Contact person for employees and managers for tax and social security issues 

• Successfully completed commercial training with additional qualification in payroll accounting 
• Several years of extensive experience in payroll accounting  
• Experienced in using DATEV and MS Office package  
• Sensitivity, assertiveness and discretion
