NorthLab Photonics is a manufacturer and the European competence centre for advanced fibre preparation, splicing, and glass/fibre processing. Their products and services were developed for a wide range of applications – extending from the production of fibre lasers, mode-field adapters (MFAs), tapers, combiners, and bundles to the splicing of exotic fibres that have very large diametres and/or a polyimide coating.
